General Information
The Reveal The Hidden Competences spring programme has now concluded. New roles will be advertised from late July, with the first interviews taking place in early August 2026. You are welcome to complete this application form to register your interest in the programme. Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria listed below.
The programme consists of a 1-week training programme + a 3-month placement with ongoing support, including interview preparation, weekly check-ins, and a final celebration with all programme partners, trainees, and employers.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be registered with Arbetsförmedlingen
- Hold an academic qualification and have relevant experience
- Live in the Familjen Helsingborg area (North West Skåne)
- Be available to work full-time
