The Reveal the Hidden Competences programme for unemployed, foreign-born academics in the Familjen Helsingborg area offers a senior trainee position in UX/UI design.
The role involves working on technical projects alongside development teams, with a focus on developing digital products and systems. The trainee will work in project-based teams and contribute to both technical development and collaboration in international environments.
Location: Central Helsingborg
Start date: 14-22 September
UX/UI and Product-Oriented Development
Work at the intersection of technology and user experience. The role includes:
- Contributing to the development of user-friendly solutions
- Working with UX/UI in digital products
- Collaborating with developers and product owners
- Ensuring a high-quality user experience
Requirement: Senior-level experience in UX/UI
Languages
- English is suitable as the working language.
- Swedish is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (office hours)
REQUIRED SKILLS / PERSONAL QUALITIES
Formal Qualifications
- Education in software development, computer science, or a related field
- Knowledge of programming, such as:
- C#
- Unity
- Web development
- Backend/frontend development
- Full-stack development
Basic understanding of:
- Version control (e.g., Git)
- Test-driven development (TDD)
- Scrum or agile methodologies
- QA and code reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with educational or digital learning platforms
- Knowledge of control systems engineering or more advanced system development
