INTRODUCTION
The Reveal the Hidden Competences programme for unemployed, foreign-born academics living in the Familjen Helsingborg area offers three different trainee roles within the food and beverages manufacturing industry at Zoégas AB.
Experience from production, the process industry or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude and drive. This is a relatively small company with 60 employees, so there is a family feeling, and it’s important that you can sometimes take on tasks that are not part of your “normal” role, such as moving chairs or helping with other activities.
NOTE! You have to drink coffee to get one of these roles; this is very important!

DESCRIPTIONS
Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Work in a laboratory environment with tests and analyses
• Ensure product quality according to set standards
• Perform quality assurance in production
• Documentation and follow-up of results
Requirements profile:
• Technical background – an engineering education is advantageous
• Understanding of quality and processes
• Can be supplemented with experience from production or pharmaceuticals
Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Work with automated processes in production
• Troubleshooting and optimisation of systems
Requirements profile:
• Experience in production or industrial processes
• Technical competence in automation – an engineering education is advantage
Process Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Production Technician
- Here you will work with the process. This can involve 2 shifts, for example, 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 It is advantageous to have worked in the manufacturing industry; it’s important to have technical and production experience

• English: required
• Swedish: not required, but a willingness to learn and use in everyday life is important

• Varies by role
• Usual times: approx. 08:00–16:00
